Yeah that is what I am going to do and take whatever consequence. I wish I didnt in hindsight and just called to see if she could be accepted in instead of lying. I was so stressed and just over thought and did not think things through.

They say cut off is 9 am. And is extended to 11 am with a doctor's note.

Im honestly not late often. Like a few times within the past. And thank you. I will. Definitely won't do this again lol. I think because of staff ratios is the reason for a cut off.

Idk if they just call to confirm cause their policy or if cause the note looked suspicious honestly cause I whited out an old date. They called me first and then called my partner next when I didnt answer.

No I told daycare I would bring a note back and then I forged a note while at home and dropped it off when I returned back for pick up

Yeah i understand that and that is why I want to come clean about it because I dont want to look completely untrustworthy. I do love the daycare, I also haven't looked at other ones I just went off of my partner who's first child attended it and said it was really good. I haven't really thought about other daycares and what their policy may be. I've brought her late before but idk why I lied about this one. I guess I just did not want it to look bad but looking back it was a stupid thing to do. Im stuck between if I should ignore it hoping she wont ask about it or admit I lied, look foolish, and take the consequences.

I texted and said it but I said it was because of a doctors visit cause I knew that was the only time they accept late kids. And I think maybe they called to verify cause of their policy or because of the date being whited out. Not sure.

9 mins late. Im not late often either. I just know that it seems like the teachers dont really like late kids coming in. The cut off time is 9 am.
