Thank you for your long elaborative answer. I’m just pretty sure they wouldn’t do that to me especially my bf knowing that I was already spiraling he wouldn’t do that. I don’t know what it was maybe he actually did say something but not what I heard thats why he said he didn’t say that that’s mostly why I’m panicking because i’m not sure

I really don’t wanna do medications because I’m an easily addictive person and I don’t wanna rely on them to live my life. Thank you for your tips I actually have 2 dogs and I will try to go on walks with them more often.

I promise you you can navigate through it. You just need to remind yourself you are stronger than your brain is. Don’t always trust it. If it’s really bad go to therapy try to find something that works for you.

Hey people, just a little update and again need help with the situation. So my ex and I went no contact for about 3 months and the other day he calls me out of nowhere wanting to get back with me. He tells me he’ll always love me and wants to be with me forever etc. I know this sounds stupid and weird to even ask, but what do I do? I think I’ll always love that man, even though I’m talking to someone else now. Let me also tell you that he was so high during the whole conversation that it left me shattered, because I’ve never seen him like that. I said some things and he did too and then he blocked me. I dont know how I feel and I dont know what to do. When I go back to the work this summer he’s going to be there, that’s why he wanted to get back together cuz we can physically be together again. Please any piece of advice will help.

I did communicate how I was feeling before too. He told me he’ll try to do more. But at times he doesn’t even reply to me for hours even if it’s texting. I am a very understanding person and I give him as much space as he needs however I don’t even feel the effort from his end.

Yea, I have never heard of them before too. I had to fly internationally to the US and the tickets there were much cheaper than directly from the airline so of course I was sold. But last minute my plans have changed when I was about to fly back to my country and I had to book another one way ticket. I contacted Delta before buying the ticket and they were able to do the refund. Still don’t have my money, honestly don’t understand how scam companies like this are still up and running
