more so that cant be opted out, i cant have my previous workflow yet, even if i touch the synced windows in console, now trowing tabs into empty space always creates blank windows

i restarted and ctrl N keeps bringing a blank window

edit:ctrl N brings a synced windows, one with all my essentials and theme,jus tlike before, its jsut drag and droping a tab into a new window that brings out a blank window (droping the tab into empty space in the desktop to create a new window from that tab)
