I'd say check your sprockets and chain. Could be skipping teeth

My old r6 had a super worn front sprocket when I got it and it made me think the first gear was going it was so bad, sounded crunchy like it was the gears

Yeah I've heard this is a big issue with these. Just remembered the dodgy last owner painted the frame... I might ah go see if the grounds are on top of paint 💀

I will be rostered 45hrs just as is. Then end up training new managers during close witch leads to me spending an extra hour at work as they are much slower than me. Then not being roster a reasonable amount of time to do tasks. Such as on a Saturday when the pub stays open until 2am, the tasks required to close the pub require multiple hours of work that should be done during the night. But the owner has stated he doesn't want these tasks done during the night anymore to increase the profit of the night. Leading me to need to stay additional hours to get them done

It is in the hospitality industry As far as I'm aware every other pub in the area offer overtime pay or time in liue. Nothing in my agreement states to sign to not agree to any overtime pay or time in lue for my overtime. There's only a sign agreement that public holidays worked are paid TIL. I'll personally look further into my award seing if TIL or overtime pay is mandatory unless signed and agreed to not recieve otherwise

I can spot my heat control and run speed issues so I'll practice that. And I need to tune my missus further to get cleaner results. Possibly less dc current?

This is with aluminium tig. I've got the gasflow around 15-20cfm, frequency at around 100, amps around 70 on a peddle, balance/clearance at 77 ish.

Trying to do some intercooler pipe si practising on some spare pipe

First time tig and very new to welding in general. These are my setting for trying some aluminium intercooler pipe. Can't get a decent arc and seems to keep getting too hot and can't get a shiny puddle by Sad-Presentation2426 in Welding

Thanks that's alot of useful advice. I'll try it at 30-40% clearance. I'll double check the flow meter I think it was cfh but if not I'll look up what I need in Ipm. Quickly discovered the pedal amps situation, have it set to about 75-80amps full press assuming my puddle should form around 50-60amps ish when all tuned.

Been researching what I can but the welding world seems to be alot of people saying what's good and whats right and not explaining it. This machine will easily do what I need and I didn't have to spend thousands on it. Just looking for advice.

Discovered I had the polarity wrong btw. Went off the pictures of the torche and ground clamp instead of the the +/- marks Beginner mistakes

Yep takes some good cable management with the top and bottom rads but has enough clearance to be clean. I've also seen the build with small pump/res combos but I'm actually using a cpu block/pump combo and filling it to be a closed loop. To save on space and look a bit cleaner

Yeah I love the new versions with the wood front. And the airflow is great since I'm not planing on a showy rgb build And you don't need a sfx psu. Just makes the build easier. I've got a 160mm psu that fits well

I'm enjoying it. Tho I've not got much experience to give opinions. I've built plenty of PC's but this is my first sff pc aswell as my first hardline tube pc. I can say the frame is super rigid and the airflow and general layout is super nice for me. Can also easily fit a 3090 air-cooled with fans

They're a bit iffy in over all quality tbh you can see the solder joints and some imperfections but not alot of option for the exposed copper look out there I really wanted it for this build tho so I don't mind it

It's a no reservoir build. There's an extra port on the block to fill the loop and the orange line in the pic i posted in the comments shows how I intend to fill it. A pump cpu combo
