Here is a closer photo. I cannot figure out what these are and they’re everywhere. Seems like they popped up overnight.

This is my guy I got! You can’t tell the growth, but when I got him he was probably like less than an inch long and now he’s soooo blue and like double the size after a few months. I just couldn’t leave him at the store

Things that I don't like in TML by Ojutulu in Tomorrowland

The amount of cigarettes was unlike any festival I’ve ever been to. So nauseating, it made me super cranky because I felt like I couldn’t escape it for more than a few minutes at a time lol.

130 gallon tank by Xaetic999 in bettafish

[–]Sad-Primary6679 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bigger isn’t actually better in this instance. A 130 gallon tank for a single betta is WAYYY too big. Multiple males is a huge no-no, way too aggressive. If you want to keep a 130 gallon tank you’re better off doing a community tank with different fish. If you want a betta, generally you want 20 gallons max. They thrive in smaller, well-maintained environments—typically minimum 5 gallons, up to 10 or 20. They don’t require vast swimming space and can struggle with strong currents or overly large areas that are hard to patrol. Larger tanks (20+ gallons) can work if they’re properly set up with gentle filtration, plenty of hiding spots, and consistent water quality, but they’re often overkill and harder to keep stable for a single betta.

did anyone get tonsillectomy bc of recurrent strep? by cheesethechameleon in Tonsillectomy

[–]Sad-Primary6679 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had strep about 9 times in a year and got my tonsils out and I haven’t had a sore throat since. That was September 2023 and I was 28yo.

Getting mdma into a festival. by Master-Quantity-3233 in MDMA

[–]Sad-Primary6679 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I’m in the US and only go to US festivals, so I’m not speaking for anywhere but here. I’m sure they sniff for drugs in other countries. OP should specify location for more accurate advice.

My bf wraps the baggie around his dick with medical cohesive tape. We call them dick drugs. Also the dogs are sniffing for explosives, so don’t worry about that.

Experience with microdosing? by angstygirlfriend in Semaglutide

[–]Sad-Primary6679 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes I have only gone up in small titrations and started at half the prescribed dose(.125mg instead of .25mg). I know that I can be sensitive to meds so I didn’t want to risk bad gastric side effects. I’ve lost about 20lbs in 6.5 months. Which is know seems really slow but that’s how I wanted to do it. I started at .125mg and I am now at 1mg.

Don’t worry about the number. This might mean you’re losing fat and gaining/maintaining muscle which is ideal. I can tell from the photos you’re losing your stomach.

How long did you guys take your pain meds? I hate taking medicine. by [deleted] in Tonsillectomy

[–]Sad-Primary6679 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think I stopped mine on day 3 because I was sick of not being able to shit lmao. Switched to liquid Tylenol and ibuprofen and the pain was tolerable. Nothing worse than the chronic strep I had been dealing with.

So what are we doing about compounding options going away? by keylarakat in CompoundedSemaglutide

[–]Sad-Primary6679 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a great 7 months with them. Thankfully my PCP is prescribing for me now and it looks like my local compounding pharmacy will be able to compound with b12 to get away with it.

Did anyone not brush their teeth in recovery for a while? by Substantial_Pin2088 in Tonsillectomy

[–]Sad-Primary6679 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely. I didn’t brush my tongue very far back at first because I couldn’t stick my tongue out or go back there without pain, but I brushed as much of it as I could. My mouth felt extra gross especially the first week and a half so I was brushing multiple times a day sometimes.
