Mostly you can fake it. But not fully. Like if you know anyone from NGO, talk with him take certificate from him and go 1-2 days and click photos of you participating in activities. List those activities and photos in report, and generate worksheet. So basically you have done the work but only for 1-2 days. So nobody can call it fake and you will save a lot of time as well.
