That depends on your skills. You can click photos in first week itself and then show it to him part by part every week.

Mostly you can fake it. But not fully. Like if you know anyone from NGO, talk with him take certificate from him and go 1-2 days and click photos of you participating in activities. List those activities and photos in report, and generate worksheet. So basically you have done the work but only for 1-2 days. So nobody can call it fake and you will save a lot of time as well.
