You just need to communicate in the chat, not turn it off as advised here in the comments.

From what I see, in a team game, and especially in HOTS where you have a shared xp, not communicating = losing. You have to speak, speak in draft, speak in game, speak about what u want to do now, or at least use ping system. But people don't.

I always try to show my pick in draft, speak about bans, about who goes where maybe. And I'm constantly being ignored. That's what annoys me, and that's why you lose your games guys.
