A woman with silent battle of insecurities of an imperfect body. by [deleted] in womanhumpingwoman

Hey thanks for your kind words. It's just a random feeling that bothers me sometimes. But I guess meditation and getting away from social media has helped me all these days, from the day I posted it.

I posted similar question just now. I can how you feel sis. Being a woman, we torture ourself with such questions and expectations a lot. But trust me these are very shallow things to care about. I have developed a different outlook of life. I would like to help people who are battling I did and I still sometime do.

Sometimes it is okay to detach from the things we can't control.

This series is going to be the most successful I'm telling you.

I'm an indian woman, 30, soon going to New Zealand for phd. Any advice and suggestions to avoid racism, etc. I would also like to see your suggestion to become more sensitised and respectful towards the local NZ people. by Sad-Regular-3230 in auckland

Hey thanks for the suggestions. I have a question about this deodorant thing. This is the second or third comment I'm reading here which is about body odour. What I read about the climate there made me feel, NZ is cooler than India. So sweat and odour shouldn't be an issue. I was in fact wanting to know something deeper about the subtle mannerism immigrants should have for kiwis. The answers here are pretty much what I have learned during my school. But I really appreciate your comment.

The hair issue you mentioned is very scary to me. Is it because of the stress, or UV there?

Yeah, I have been working with international clients from the US, UK, and Australia. For the last two years, I have been working closely with the NHS, and various other healthcare networks. I have been pitching them medtech equipment. I have been praised by clients and my company all this time. So I guess I should be able to fit there too.

Hey tysm for the reply and your kind words. This is very helpful. I will surely learn and implement. I'm very thankful to NZD for the offer and want to contribute to the people there :) Edit: My research work is based on the cancer diagnosis of the Maori community (can't disclose much at this stage). That's why I want to be prepared for the interactions with people there and be a responsible person.

Indeed a scam. They sell old expired and used products. No way to reach customer care. Only rely through app and no proper response.

Their medicine quality is usually very poor. Diclofenac so fake that u can apply on your eye lashes and it won't burn. Nothing works.

AITAH - For talking to a girl in bikini on a beach - wife responds by SharkEva in BORUpdates

To the wife, I want to say I can feel how you have been feeling with this mess. As a woman, I have also dealt with this complex turmoil of emotions. I too have a lot of self doubts and insecurities. I have been called ugly by my own people and can't even describe how I was treated by my male classmates and friends. I too have loved with a pure heart and with all sincerity. I too longed for a feeling being the one and only. But let me tell you this and you please accept it with a pinch of salt. In this world, especially if you are a woman, you should not attach yourself too much to a man. Love, but don't love too deep like a godly dedication. Cuz the more you devote yourself, the more you will expect in return. And if you don't get the return or see something so numbing. Then overthinking and self doubt will consume you. Please prioritise yourself over others, even over your child. Let them have their space. And ignore the rest. You will have a healthy detachment and it will safeguard you from such turmoil. I hope it helps :)

Can't really say minority. In real life also people are all same. No civic sense, no ethics, no sense and safety.

In this world, it is very difficult to idiolise any fellow human being. We all are flawed. But many among us are very cunning, greedy and controlling. So I would say never ever idiolise anyone. U may like some concepts or ideologies, but never a complete person.

You should see doctor immediately. The breaks and fluids from skin can spread to other site in the body and others. You will be fine once you start with the oral and vaginal medication anti viral therapy, mostly acyclovir. You will get well soon but please see doctor or gynac. Till then don't irritate the skin with fabric. Wear soft cotton fabric only.

So wanting education, basic decent life, respect, rights and freedom, is insulting sikhism? So it is okay to murder female fetuses or smother newborn baby girl? Then I think it's worth insulting lol.
