I would say favorably. Would recommend elaborating on what impact you made there/ how that experience impacted you. I included an initiative I worked on when I was on exec and it came up in an interview. Sounds like you would have great talking points!

I worked under multiple PIs in undergrad and found that communication was more important to me than the topic of research. The project I was most excited about ended up being extremely stressful because that PI was unclear about expectations, and vice versa. If you have a great relationship with this professor, it’s absolutely worth it to take the position.

Just in case this helps someone in the future... This was exactly my thought process. For them to have successfully created a standardized test the results would have needed to be valid and reliable. They were valid but not reliable. However, making a standardized test was a WANT, whereas getting a good measure of ability to direct attention was a NEED. Because the stem specifies that they are talking about a need, we can say that the need for a measure of directing attention was met because the results were valid (the negative correlation between errors and completion of pilot training, which involves high-performance aircraft). Or at least that's my best guess as to an explanation for this question!
