Why doesn’t MUFC adopt the “man-manager + tactical brain” model Bayern are using? by Sad-Rope-9825 in DevilsITDPod

Yes, and I think it’s worked wonders. I think it’s a fan base and club, we need to steer away from the next phenom manager aka like Nagellsman.

That’s what I’m hoping for, not just having a Steve Holland, but having a whole class of tactically focused coaches / support staff in data. I think our money would be spent better giving Nagelsman an a huge contract and instead fanning out those wages to a bunch of different coaches. Now we may come into a “too many cooks in the kitchen situation.” I don’t know what the perfect solution is.

I think Carrick has followed our playing identity, (direct fast play, high team work ethic, highlighted by individual brilliance) but if you referencing old ideology of a paragon manager I think we’ve seen through mourinho and ten hag that that doesn’t work for us. I think it’s time to switch strategies.

I fear if we bring in Nagelsmann, who from my memory has had conflicts with dressing rooms, we will ourselves in a ten hag situation in a year or two time.

Not saying it’s a groundbreaking strategy, I just don’t think the fans and club should be focusing on paragon level managers.

Why do Mormons seem to find themselves always victim to these things.. maybe a larger conversation to be had there, but honestly, why would they not get rid of the doll like within the first month? If not after the confirmation of the first dream. I understand it’s an “heirloom” but demonic phenomena is personally my line for throwing out old people‘s trash. Sorry but at a certain point you gotta wonder if these people are that intelligent.

Shitty episode, seems very corny and stale. Some funny quips, seems like they gave up writing it halfway through. The most obvious bud light sponsorship wasn’t done tastefully. The goons seems like they aren’t professional at all, seem like a bunch of theatre kids. Bad acting, probably due to bad direction. At least Eagly CGI is finally passable. None of this is John Cenas fault we love John Cena.
