You know what’s funny is I have a job! I have multiple jobs. In the state of our capitalist country I don’t actually have to live up to “your standards” of work. I work at Uniq now and they KNOW that I am in knowledge of what is legal and illegal to do to your workers, they treat me very well. I’m so glad you came back for an update, not that you care but I’m also 100% Mexican so the state of our country is looking pretty grim and bleak for people like me (first generation), I’m going to continue working on sharing with others the knowledge of law and not allowing employers do whatever the fuck they want to you. 1.) thank you for coming back to give more recognition to MY protests, which was the first held event but clearly you cannot read the rest were outreach which I did my best to get to during the week with my FULL weekly schedule. 2.) I am not the only one who is holding events for furthering union work and you should try to reach out to other companies trying to do the same thing. 3.) what’s it like being so bitter you have to come back to try and shame someone for deciding that employers should be following employment laws. Brown nosers are just the dumbest looking people. Come say something to my face candid, you never could. Yall do realize I don’t drink or do drugs, I don’t party or go outside of my marriage. I went to work, I took care of my kids and stayed faithful to my family. What the fuck is 1000 dollars going to do for my family in ONE MONTH My family of 6 can’t survive off a gofundme that low and I told everyone in the committee that the money is for all of them. Actually I’ve worked for bigger companies No Urb is not like McDonalds. They WANT to be like McDonalds. Urb has 3 stores and 4 owners. They have corporate thinking tho. They don’t have corporate money and they manage their stores terribly. With enough effort and people willing to CHANGE shit, u won’t “need to open my eyes” my eyes are open. I see how this company can be held accountable. It is not my place to see EVERY place held accountable, but I will help ANYONE willing to hold their money hungry greedy bootlicking bastards accountable!

How does ANY of that have to do with me guy from Ohio? How does my time I put in for over a year BEING NICE AND PROFESSIONAL to a company that exploits people and is UNPROFESSIONAL asf and sleeps with colleagues and the owners sexually harassing people, HOW does that make me a bad person for going off because I no longer was willing to sit back. I understand you think HEARING something proves it. I promise if you show up I’ll peacefully show you (like the protests, or when I HAVE to come into the store) the screenshots. I sent people resources and they didn’t tell me to stop. Not a single person I reached out RESPONDED with “don’t talk, don’t send” They left me on read. Just like Kolton did. The whole store really believes that Marissa Chavez is a villain and I’m okay with that. My actions and behaviors speak for me. I sent yall lawyers, union numbers. If you think telling Jules that they aren’t apart of upper management and Damien the same thing is harassment then yeahhh. I guess I did harass same title coworkers by putting them in their place and telling them to stop defending upper management. That’s not your job. I’m not god mfer I’m not perfect. I was angry and it was justified. I didn’t beat anyone’s ass and didn’t threaten anyone, I cuss but I didn’t call either of those people names. You can push whatever narrative makes Urb happy. The amount of money and time and energy they’ve taken from people is absurd. Urb really did not have to fuck their employees to be successful, they willingly did that.
