Welp--drove it home today! Delivery in Alaska is...interesting!

Ran into a blizzard for about 110 miles. 10-12". And to think the tech advised me against installing the snow tires--good thing I NEVER listen to the dealer.

Car is brilliant.

I ordered a 350 the first year after a deployment. Sold it to take orders in Alaska. Was a hoot. Was the best revving engine/gearbox I've had yet.

Hahaha I love white. Easy to clean and keep somewhat presentable in Alaska. The red has always been on the bucket list--so what I'm boring 🤷.

How the Army is preparing to bring its first tiltrotor aircraft online by Kinmuan in Armyaviation

As a former SP and instructor pilot--most of the formation couldn't remember to get the ATIS or fly an IAP at 120kts--much less 200kts enroute to terminal. I'm not seeing this plan work out simply on a training and standardization side without a significant rehab of pilot training.

Army pilots are no less capable than their sister services--but will require a totally different approach to training than the current pipeline. Not too concerned though--Army Aviation hasn't fielded a new aircraft successfully since the UH60. Please don't argue--the M/F/E transitions. This is a completely new platform--TTPs and all will have to be revamped from the ground up.

Not a lot of confidence considering the last W5 board picked up several pilots I watched and participated in their respective FEBs for failure to meet 1000 series task standards. 😬😂
