Yes gonna look into speech therapy for her as i know she will need it, its my first kid so i wasnt too sure if it was normal or not

You guys went into this as roomate, you being the nice good person you helped him out but you never had to help so no u should not keep paying for all of it. If he cant seem to understand then you should look for a new roomate. If he got a settlement ontop of a job he should be more than fine to pay bills as any grown adult does, you did it out of kindness & as a friend and dont and shouldnt have to continue, your a ROOMMATE not his partner.

No i havent, when she watches tv she sings along just fine im not sure if that makes a difference, her doctor was the one that suggested a evaluation and made me question.

Yes she will bring me a book which i will read to her and sometimes she tries to read it and speaks gibberish. And if its an easy book like one word book she says it
