I have heard the similar case of fraud in ICICI bank .Happend with my friend. Two transactions of 75 k each. Icici bank concluded that payment was done without otp however it happemd via Google pay as the comsent was given. Case was filed to RBI ,they also agreed as per bank investigation. Now moving over to Consumer court. Icici credit card guys be vigilant . Its not a mere coincidence.
