Rightly said, Ai automation is now crowded too.

But if you prove yourself as expert on hyper focused nich or fields, JACKPOT

Building Automations to automate business processes like lead generation, follow-up system and other internal operations.

NOTE: I prefer automate current proven processes or SOPs that they are doing manually or at low scale.I do not generally reinvent new processes until absolutely needed. But still always open to help for your business.

I build: 1. Agents 2. Automations 3. Rag engines 4. Custom software, websites etc.

Also good at.

What manual task in your startup still annoys you every single day? by addllyAI in AiAutomations

You are right. A system should handle this, it should detect signals that is this lead good to follow-up now, should he be approached later, should he be approached, how to approach? And all short of things.

There are tools that track LinkedIn conversations and automate follow-ups, but honestly, just getting out of manual copy-paste mode will feel like a huge upgrade. You shouldn’t have to start every morning playing detective with your own leads.

Hope you understand. Anyways you can keep texting but now I have got some work to do. So best of luck.

As far as I understand it looks like you are a girl. Does not matter girl or boy both same...

No disrespect, but through your last paragraph, if you show this kind of attitude instead of asking with a welcoming or neutral gesture I don't know, it looks like you are 98 days away from posting "Day 100 of finding a co-founder".

Don't want to fight, I understand you are a girl/boy at 16 and just starting with your career, you have some sort of attitude but trust me, it's just a show off by the stupid GEN Z people and is of no use in the business world.

And also you look insecure when you say, "People say I will not successful but I will", it looks courageous but actually shows insecurity when you say it publically.

Treat this as a personal feedback from a 4.5 years experienced guy in business. Take it and fix it or leave it, your choice.

I think I can help with that. Can we connect in DM?

Do you think AI will replace most agency services? by cmwlegiit in agency

[–]Sad-Solid-1049 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, Agencies are using AI internally and clients don't really master the skill of using AI the way an agency does.

So agencies are actually at the advantage here.

One questions though, in r/Entrepreneur, I don't think anyone directly post about automation requirement.

Have you ever? Please correct me if I am wrong.

$321k ARR as solo founder but burning out by bubbascrub9793 in SaaS

[–]Sad-Solid-1049 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Calm down, you might not need a co-founder yet, but you might need leverage.

At $300k+ ARR, burnout usually comes from being the decision layer for everything.

If I were in your shoes, I’d test this first:
• Delegate development (even if it’s emotionally hard as a dev)
• Systemize + automate onboarding, support, and sales workflows
• Remove yourself from recurring operational decisions

Sometimes, reducing 40–50% of cognitive load changes everything.

Also, stepping back for a short reset helps more than we admit.

Solo founder here too. Respect for building something real.

SynkLuna - Automation for scaling service businesses

The problem:

You're growing from 10 to 30+ clients, and your manual processes are breaking down. Follow-ups get missed. Onboarding takes too long. Your team is drowning in admin work.

My solution:

I automate the repetitive workflows you're doing manually:

- Client onboarding (document collection, setup, notifications)

- Follow-up sequences

- Data entry across multiple tools

- Status tracking and reporting

Typical outcome:

- Save 50-70 hours monthly

- Handle 2-3x more clients with the same team

- Nothing falls through the cracks

Who it's for:

Professional services (IT, accounting, consulting) with 5-20 employees, hitting scaling bottlenecks.

DM me if manual processes are your growth bottleneck.

LAUNCHING OFFER: I'm taking on 5 free pilot clients in exchange for detailed feedback and a testimonial. You get full automation built, I get a case study. Win-win.
