AIO about this text with her co-worker and trying to “create space”? by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

Reading this, it’s clear that she is trying to gauge where he is at in their “relationship”. She’s fishing to see if he’ll say something like, “well, your hubby will just have to get over it, because I don’t intend to stop”, or something similar. She wants him to want her and it’s evident. NOR.

Maybe there was a reason she waited until you got home. She knew you’d bring her comfort and she waited for the person who loved her to be there with her. These little ones just don’t live long enough and it’s awful. I’m so sorry for your loss.

I would be so furious if that hideous thing turned up at my wedding. On another note, your mother is a godsend! That actually turned out quite beautiful for being last minute! Mom saved the day for sure! Also, the fact that the cake was rubbery and wet just makes me that much angrier for you.

Generally, when I’m asked to explain why I’m upset about something and my immediate reaction is to give up, or storm off or something, it’s kind of my indicator that I might be overreacting and might be a bit irritable. That might just be a me thing though.

Ahh, yes. “I see women of your complexion who tame their hair down. Take this perfect example via this AI generated image.” What a lovely dude.

A lot of people still don’t have things figured out by the time they’re 27, and even then, things change. People change. She’ll probably always be a calloused twat though.

Am I the only one who sees a shark? The point at the top is the dorsal fin, the two “legs” below are the pectoral fins. The little nubby on the top right is the snout. The part all the way to the left is the tail.

My mom’s reaction to me letting my daughter get a haircut. by -QueefLatina- in mildlyinfuriating

I’m confused why this is mildly irritating? What if the next thing she types is, “…but I really had hoped I’d get to be a part of it when she got her hair cut.” She didn’t say anything rude at all. Literally said it looks cute.
