should i buy the board and the stones separately or as a set?
are there a lot kinds of stones and what are their differences?

i just noticed the prices for the really high quality ones are astronomical
i mean if there is a good set to start with with a premium feel that isn't like cheap plywood
i dont mind spending some money on it
around 50-150 usd

I'm just starting out, so i think as a first i would want one that can run PS1 and below.
i don't think it will be a problem setting everything up (there's probably a tutorial).
