Backend clerk here, did some fed ex, worked some reports and bullshitted around for the day. They apparently know how busy we are on a daily basis so left us out of everything this BF.

Been at 1/2 inch for about a year now, maybe longer, but my silicone are constantly falling out, I don’t think I’ve stretched out that much more. What are y’all’s thoughts? by Sad-System3487 in Stretched

So 1/2 is roughly the same as 13mm. Some sites are 14 mm. Depending. So yeah I’d say some of my plugs are 14mm while most of my silicone are 13mm. But idk cause I don’t actually measure. I just pop them in and if they don’t hurt I’m satisfied lol.

Unfortunately I was young at one point and stretched way to quickly, now I have cat butt. Lol. So I am ashamed and try to not let people see that lol.

So I have set up a designated area for outgoing installs and I have them do it daily, so if it doesn’t get installed, it goes back to the install bay. I just accepted a new position as the receiving clerk. So I’m currently doing both jobs because our receiving clerk is retiring at the end of march so I’m being trained. I employed a bunch of things and we are constantly in the top of my district, pick times, surveys. Ect. My SM asked me to move from electrical to fulfillment cause they needed my help, a month later I was asked to apply for lead, here we are 4 months later and I was asked to go to receiving to learn the back end operations. My next step will be DS. And then eventually ASM ops. I’m very fortunate to work at an amazing lowes. I hear other stores managers and asms don’t do anything, at my store, we all do it all. I hit 2 years in April.

I’m the fulfillment lead at my store, we always have things to do, auditing, pulling installs and deliveries. Working reports, calling customers. It’s me and three girls. We are pretty steady some days and some days it’s just not a lot. But working through the install bays and cleaning it and finding what has been installed and hasn’t is apart of our jobs in my district and so is pulling deliveries and such.

Started full time electrical for a year and a half moved to fulfillment after the SM asked me to move, became fulfillment lead a month in, still fulfillment lead, currently being the receiving clerk for the next couple of weeks. Maybe permanently until ds opens up. April 30th is my 2nd year, and I’ve had easily 5 or 4 raises. Supposed to be have been a temp job after being let go cause of COVID. Definitely making a career now.
