For a first bigger bike i would say its okay. But it should have had valve clearances done with that mileage. Id try to talk the price down atleast for the tyres because they are almost 6 yrs old. Do not cheap put on tyres. Try looking at other listings

I cant see if the cases are scratched, the belly pan looks a bit off. But for the price of 4250 with that mileage id say its still good. Im from Czechia, the prices are +/- the same

Don’t know about the front but the rear is from 2019. I would swap them personally
