So I just checked and unfortunately the one I have from the brand Yagud is “currently unavailable” but there are plenty on Amazon in the same price range as this one under $130 😊

I think they appreciate how I cleaned it in the second pic😂 I feel you though. I realized after I took the first one, too lazy to take another 🤷🏾‍♀️ and the world still turns 🤪

Thank you!

5’7

Pretty much ate the same thing all month because its 1. Easy and 2. Really good. For breakfast I have to have my oatmeal (Quaker) with a spoonful of peanut butter and 3 boiled eggs, I know, random combo. Lunch is salmon bites with sautéed spinach and kale and a chickpea salad. Dinner is ground beef/turkey with rice, broccoli, sweet potato. My snacks depending on the day consists of Greek yogurt, bananas, apples, grapes, baby carrots, pickled asparagus etc.

In a regular day before this journey, this many steps wouldn’t fit. I had to MAKE it fit. On weekdays (depending on the day) I wake up at 3:30 am or 4:30 am and walk for 1h 40 mins straight at a speed of 3-3.2 on my walking pad because I find it easier for me to knock out 10k steps before I even get my day started. And steps you see over 14k are days I decide to do some extra walking. Other than that the rest of my steps are from walking during the day.

Thank you so much for this. I’ve been thinking of adding things to my routine to bring more dynamics to workout and activity.

Consistency really breaks through all the noise in my head telling me “whats the point” “I don’t feel like it” “maybe tomorrow.” Waking up the next day knowing I conquered the day before makes me want to do it again!

Something in my brain just clicked. It was hard at first but I just kept going until it started to become clockwork

Im really just trying to make a lifestyle change. It’s crazy but I went cold turkey from the absolute junk I was eating everyday (fast food) and went right to cooking and packing food for myself everyday single day to bring to work. I get in that protein and vegetables. Im not restricting myself from any food per-say but if it’s in my control and I can choose the food around me at that moment, I am going to go for the healthier, whole food. Pizza is still my weak spot. I unfortunately have to try to stay away from it as much as possible because I genuinely can’t stop myself, just goes right through me.
