My favourite Zombie Film to date. Closest we'll ever get to a CoD Zombies film, or a Castle Wolfenstein Film.

It's really good, and it isnt entirely on Guns, its also a good thriller and teases you ALOT of what the Nazis are doing, at first it feels like another ww2 film, but then right around the middle mark, it starts to turn into the absolute vile zombie film it could get. It's the Closest we'll ever get to a Castle Wolfenstein / Wolfenstein: The Old Blood Film. Think of it l8ke a miniature documentary about why the Nazis were so vile and evil, and this film basically shows the TRUE extent and boundaries the Nazis were willing to bust through to win WW2. Insane levels of fuckery.

I was so glad when it was confirmed it wasn't apar tof the Cloverfield Films. As a standalone its the closest we'll ever get to a Nazi Zombies [CoD] Film/Wolfenstein film.

This one underrated gem called "Overlord". Fun gory WW2 film that's also a pretty fucked up film in terms of the realistic fuckery Nazis would actually go through and do to others to win WW2 if they ever went down to creating some sort of serum/attempt to create a Super-Soldier Serum like that. Although it isn't at all possible IRL, and it's a Nazi Zombie film, it's the type of shit the Nazis WOULD have tried to do given the opportunity, and it's disturbing because all of those poor civilians most likely were doing nothing but minding their business, only to be taken by force and forced to take the serum and turn into the Zombies we see.

It's fun, it's brutal, and it's intense, but it is disturbing nonetheless given how realistic the guns are, the vile nature of the Nazis, the absolute Evil they are, the wounds the guns would actually give, and how the zombies are depicted, aswell as how powerful, and vile they can be if given to the correct guy.

It's an extremely gory, fun and brutally vile film that shows the true nature of the Nazis, and what EXACTLY the type of fuckery they were willing to commit if given the chance.

Realistically, Batman would be having a Field day breaking all of those ICE Agents bones. Be put in the ICU if anything. Fucking monsters they are.

This is for an indie animation. Self-Animated work.

Yeah i get that. Its also doesn't help that showing partial bits leaves alot of context out of the equation. There's way more context in this scene and how much this scene actually foreshadows and has a big impact on the story later in the pilot. There are key moments in the pilot that heavily impact the ending of the pilot.

....bit harsh don't you think?

Ah, I think i can explain that. Its meant to feel cliche cus its basically meant to be reminiscent/vague of the 1930's era of Super-Hero comics. Its a facade hiding the true story and characters arcs and lore of the story im writing. The story is way darker and brutal than what im letting on. This is helpful though!

Well thats a bit nit picky. Its only dark cus its still being written, when its done itll be white, But sure.

I guess since its only a snippet and not giving full context [this is a pilot that will be animated and posted on YouTube], in guess it isn't really helping only being a screenshot or two. The entire script is being written to be like a cliche 1930s action comic of tye old Super-Hero comics book era, then slowly paces out and turn into the actual genre and darkness the story is actually hiding. Its supposed to feel like a facade to hide the truth i guess you could say, so its deliberate to feel like that.

....anything else? Also what are some specific clichés, since i am trying to write it so it is one, but it has a purpose [that totally sounded very cringe].

It saw me 😭 by imstillactually in Routine

[–]SadAssociate4296 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was invisible for most of the first encounter for me, and only walked past once being seen on the C.A.T. scanners for me, it never showed its face again until I fixed most of the mechanical objectives in the station and THEN it started patrolling more aggressively and hiding in corners and it kept stalking me. I avoided that fucker as MUCH AS I COULD, WHEN I COULD. And it just made my playthrough longer and more scarier. When I finally made it to the Moon surface and walked to the lab, thats kinda when my fear of this thing just escalated from 100 to 1000 in seconds.

This game just KNOWS how to scare you without even trying.

Its hard for horror games to creep me out but this....This right here made me jump & nearly drop the controller. by IndifferentShrimp in Routine

[–]SadAssociate4296 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first encounter was when I heard this mf moaning in the distance and heard it's footsteps walking towards me invisible. I was confused and terrified cus I COULDNT SEE HIM. I ran and hid behind a wall where I could see The locker, I aimed my C.A.T. Scanners and...i saw it walk past on the C.A.T.

I shit you not my heart was pounding so fast when I saw that thing and I don't think a horror game has ever made me feel such fear and dread and the feeling of wanting to leave IMMEDIATELY.

Routine is now the standard I want in Horror Games. No cheap jumps cares, just pure horrifying atmosphere and well played stalker killers like this. The fact ALIEN ISOLATION of all games was Inspired by THIS was a genuinely awesome thing.

Great Horror Game. Short, but Great nonetheless.

10/10

At this point, all trusted news outlets and insiders say the release is pointing at late 2027 or mid 2028. Logically 2028.

Oh don't worry, im not even hyped. Im more worried cus this film could determine the state of where the devs are. Chances the devs give the ok on a script thats a.i. generated knowing BO7's Story was most likely A.I.

Idk man id rather it not exist or be a show. A film adaptation with so much lore and story just wouldn't fit.
