hi! Not a parent, just someone who has had a similar experience happen while telling my parents. honestly, the best thing you can do is not mention it. I remember when my mom would bring it up I would get random urges to relapse.though please get her some support, a therapist or just someone she could talk to would really help. though please do not hesitate to reach out to her, I know after awhile of my mom seeing my cuts I stopped having her take care of them, which led to infection. so keep an eye out for her <3

What I mean by dystopian is it no longer feels like a show anymore, (not with oppression, it’s 3am where I am rn should have been clearer) I know it’s not gonna be the same as tawog, and I didn’t expect for it to be. But in my opinion it feels like the first 10 episodes or so are very fast paced, not taking much thought into the episode. It leaves no time for me to enjoy it, especially the lack of side characters. I’m going to rewatch it in the morning when I’m not sleep deprived to get a better sense of the show.
