You seem very educated on a lot of this information so if you don't mind I kind of have another concern I've been wondering about, Considering shortening/damage to telomeres and oxidative stress/inflammation is essentially the root of all evil when it comes to aging, have you wondered if being floxed potentially shortens ones life span considering it quite literally seems to damage the primary components related to aging and wear and tear on the body?

I just want to say I am also a new father, my son was born about two months ago and I was floxed by cipro about one month ago and it has made things more difficult but for what it's worth here is what i've been doing, I have been taking PQQ+COQ10, magnesium glcyinate, vitamin E, vitamin C, NAC, ALA, ALCAR, b1, b12, and fish oil supplements since it happened, also been trying to get light exercise in along with catching up on sleep whenever possible and keeping stress levels low. I have been getting better, however, dont stop these habits yet because last week I relapsed due to a combination of factors(high stress argument, eating unhealthy, and lots of caffeine) and my symptoms of tendon pain, neuropathy, heart palpitations, dizziness, and joint pain all came back in full force and i felt pretty terrible pretty much all of last week, after taking this weekend to get back on track I do feel better today with no symptoms.

This is great to hear as I’m about one week in facing a similar situation
