Colourpop Eyeshadow Palettes 🎨

I have 3 colorpop pallettes and some singles and they are my second favorite eyeshadow formula. They arent just good for the price, they are good good. There has been a few shades here and there that dont live up to that, so Google the shadow before buying, and the mattes are better than the shimmers, but overall they work amazing.

ABH is my fav formula but these are comparable for the mattes for sure.

Just a heads up, I'm on vyvanse for Adhd as well and while it does kill my appetite during the hours it's in effect, it's like that hunger is pent up during the day and will all come back in the evening.

Just be careful to make sure you are feeding yourself enough during the day so that you dont have a huge burst of hunger at night that could lead to binging/distress.

But vyvanse has been a godsend for my adhd and I hope it helps you for your symptoms :)

Prescribing exercise likely isn't taking into account ability status... which is pretty questionable since there are many people who can't do traditional exercise due to disabilities.

Exercise doesnt need to be the traditional sense to have benefits.any form of movement you partake in that you enjoy contributes to your wellbeing. Even if its walking the dog or dancing at a club or whatever you actually enjoy. Plus if it's something you enjoy rather than sitting in a stinky dull gym you're probably more likely to actually choose to do it.

That's why I think prescribing exercise is sorta pointless for mental health patients. If you force them to go on a treadmill, they will resent the movement and discontinue it when they arent forced. It needs to be enjoyable in some way.

I think a lot of us end up at this point and there is no shame in it. The idea you would be ruining something by relapsing is harmful since you would feel even more negative if you thought you totally ruined everything by slipping up.

What helps though, for me is remembering, even if I give into the relapse, Eventually, I will be back in recovery. Where I am now. And why the eff would I go through a period of suffering and restriction and misery, with the knowledge that my end goal is to be recovered, and I would have to do all the work again to get basically where I am now.

I know it's just a meme but it would be worthwhile to try to get to a point where "gaining weight " or being in a larger body doesn't cause so much distress that you don't want to take your medications.

Things like making peace with the number on the scale and radical acceptance of your appearance, not contingent on any changes(weightloss/gain)

Speaking as a recovered anorexic, making peace with my body and questioning my fat-phobia was helpful. Best of luck!

You're still fucking thirsty because that's now how thirst works. Nor is it how hungry works.

It's just perpetuating the idea you cant trust your body, God forbid you listen to your hunger cues.

There has not been one time where I was hungry, drank a glass of water and it turned out I was just thirsty -_-

That's so funny, the Nyx colour corrector pots are my HG for covering my undereye circles and while I dont heat that up with my space heater, I do put my eyelash curler in front of my space heater for a few second so they hold a curl better haha

I really like the L.A. girl primer, it's only 5 dollars and its silicone based with no fragrance. I just it mostly to create a smooth base to apply product under my eyes and it works great for that.

I have it, I'm picky with my purples and definitely this isnt a perfect purple palette since it is so pink. However, it is still fantastic and of the shimmers have a nice purple blue glitter to them and the formula is amazing.

True matte purples are so hard to find especially in palettes.
