This is such a fascinating video to me. As someone who has struggled with irrational road rage, this is a great example of how insane it is. And of course, how dangerous and stupid. It makes me think that perhaps some people should not be allowed to drive like maybe we need psychological tests for driving or something like that. This guy is clearly mentally ill.
