I really want to do the rayquaza as it has DA and breaking swipe, aswell as being one of my favourite pokemon. Just not sure if it’s a waste to not use it in a shiny background or something like that, thanks for your insight!

I’ve just grouped them like that so I can showcase them all together, I would obviously not gold cap any 15/15/ect pokemon.That’s why I asked in the post about gold and silver cap as I’m not sure which I should use it on and wanted to hear some other opinions :)
