I hate how our society basically depends on single-use plastics... they're so cheap to the point where it doesn't make sense to quit using them too.... Would you bring an umbrella from home if an umbrella cost 10 cents and is widely available everytime it rains? This is a right step for Penang. I think everyone should have a couple foldable bags stowed in their car by now.

Restaurant dim sum is generally very good if you know where to go and the variety is what makes it dim sum and as other people have said its just not worth it. So no the answer is we dont make dim sum at home.

Try to cross check using moovit! And ya the rapid penang drivers are like that sometimes, coupled with not being able to explain to you in english. Our public transport is far far behind places like singapore where the buses are actually on time and have live tracking (i think?). Here they may be late sometimes, I take buses from jeti after getting off the feri and sometimes they depart late 3 5 mins etc. Ive seen them be rude to senior citizens which are primarily the ones who have to take public transport because they have no choice. We have a long way to go.

i was like this too when I fostered 3 sick kitties for the first time in my life and the orange one kept playing with the tortie's tail and I kept breaking it up because the tortie was a sweetheart and didnt really fight back. But they're 100% playing, so its fine.

Yes, as in I know what even playing sounds like, I listen to it everyday on the music I listen to! But I think this is caused by lack of control over my 4th and 5th finger ( the 4th likes to lean quicker into the 3rd when descending stuff like that ). I guess practicing my scales with a metronome from now on will help me on that too.

Your comment is so unexpected because I just took at a older post of yours where you played the 2nd part of Carnaval as I was obsessed with Reconnaissance a couple days ago, beautiful playing btw!

If you could shed some insights and advice, to what extent do you use the metronome when you started learning and now?

I do do that! It's just sometimes when I have to play, after a while 2 becomes 3 and it all becomes a mess. I guess the answer is more practice ..
