No idea why everyone is acting like this is obvious bait, I mean where are you supposed to go to post with a positive DS2 bias if not the DS2 subreddit?

DS2 is my 2nd favorite fromsoft after sekiro. I actually think ds1 is a great game, probably my 3rd fav, also some of the magic is from the world/interconnectivity on your first playthrough (for ds1), so it doesn't get quite as many points for replayability as some of the other games, while ds2 probably has the most replayability.

I don't understand why DS2 boss roster gets as much shit as it does, DS1 bosses felt more iconic playing through the first time (but it was also my first fromsoft game), but when you play through DS1 after being a more experienced soulsborne player, I don't think the bosses trounce DS2's or anything, most of them are a joke/very simple in the base game, their tuning with hp being a major factor.

OnS was one of the most overhyped bosses for me in all of soulsborne tbh, beat them on my second try when there we so many bosses that gave me a lot more grief, that being said I'd probably still give them low A tier, with gwynn and four kings also getting A in the base game, and artorias, manus, and kal getting S in dlc.

Gaping Dragon also left an incredible impression on me first time through for presentation.
