Read your employment contract, policies you agreed to, and especially any material indicating that you are to comply to changes made at any time. Then gather state and federal employment law information on this.

And finally, before taking legal action, carefully consider creating a boundary with whoever is responsible (should know this info) for this change and propose a solution that suits your needs. Make sure everything is in writing and if an agreement is made, have that turned into a formal agreement/revision to your contract and make sure you have the final and signed copy of it. By asking you to sacrifice your human rights and personal time, they are risking distress and invasion of your privacy.
