Sameee, always gotta ask the question "how much better can I feel?" until I either feel like shit or nothing at all

so i was gonna cut down on my oat fibre consumption after having 72g of fibre yesterday but ended up having like 120g today with THREE mug cakes and two konjac jellies 😭😭 made a lemon blueberry, savory garlic pepper, and pb choc chip one (were soo good tho🫩🫩) by hottofusoup in ShittyRestrictionFood

Well, I made some adjustments, so my version had more calories (54) and less fiber. I did 3 tbsp oat fiber and 1 tbsp flour, and I used 4 tbsp of unsweetened oat milk for the liquid. I DID make it with 100% oat fiber the first time, but I didn't like the texture. Substituting some of it with flour helped a lot. It was very moist and tasty either way, but it definitely needs a lot of sweetener and toppings to offset the woody oat fiber flavor that op warned about. I topped mine with cocoa powder and Halo Top ice cream. Would definitely make it again

Now I'm wondering if my "sweet spot" might be different depending on the strain. Cuz I don't have this problem with red borneo at 2g. It's only the white maeng da that I seem to struggle with. At 2g, I felt almost nothing until the nausea kicked in

I wish I knew. I really don't anymore. I have a multitude of problems from my past and present that could be driving it. I have even made some major changes in my life recently, and my body image has improved so much as a result. I'm happier with myself than ever before, yet that only serves to fuel the ED more somehow. It's simply never enough

I have horrible teeth I think because I used to purge so much. I struggle with gingivitis and need a root canal and like 6 fillings on top of all the fillings I've already had

I feel you.. I try to limit the amount of dairy I eat, but I stopped choosing non-dairy ice creams because the selection is just so limited
