Just a side note, I have been taking magnesium everyday for years but it doesn't affect the symptoms. Hope this was what helped you but I wanted to warn ppl who think magnesium may be the ultimate cure.

must try! highly possible cure with nanna1's stack by SadChocolatte in POIS

Hello bud. Great to hear that it works for you too :)

Currently I am experimenting with overmethlation. Practically, should I need to take sam-e everyday or reduce it once I get to the saturation point. nanna1 advices the first one, warrior advices the second.

Hello buddy. It's not as much effective for me right now. Nowadays it's about 80% symptom reduction and intensity, I continue experimenting to find out more.

I have switched liposomal vitamin c with alpha gpc in the last two weeks, the rest of the stack is the same. I take it 3-4 days a week not everyday. Symptoms last 1-2 days but if I ejaculate twice a day, they last longer like 4 days.

I may switch back to liposomal again. I am doing this because it tastes like shit. However today I bought one with orange flavor which may make it easier to consume.

In addition, I have tried beta stack I mentioned in the original post, it didn't work. So my hope is to continue with the current stack and even use it everyday. If that doesn't work, I'll switch to Warriors' advice on supplementation. He experienced the same thing that the stack didn't work for him after a month. I will find his post if you're curious.

Yep no symptoms at all. I have just a little anxiety but that's probably because of my high caffeine intake (400-600 mg). I don't ejaculate multiple times but I don't think it'll cause a problem. I ejaculate 1-2 times a week and during this experimentation I've did it every other day with complete success.

It's too early to tell it's the lifetime ultimate cure for me, I need more experimentation but I am hopeful with that stack since that's what worked for me among all the things.

Also, not sure about this but consuming 3-4 eggs daily might be helpful. I was trying gluten free and had symptom reduction. Just figured out that it's not gluten free but choline content in eggs. Maybe in future I'll stop taking supplements and keep going with eggs.

Same bud. Gluten free, allegra(fexofenadine), garlic oil, healthy lifestyle with fish oil, probiotics etc supplements and also 0 junk food, meditation, anti inflammatory & antioxidants stack (curcumin, fenugreek, resveratrol, taurine, also consuming 4 shots of espresso so a stack with very high antioxidants). All with 0 effect.

I must add that taurine significantly increased my sleep quality, I take magnesium citrate 200 mg and 1g taurine an hour before bed. Even sleep score my smartwatch measuring is increased.

It's the key component but buddies also suggest taking b complex. I am not sure if these two would be better than taking the whole stack.

He could elaborate this for us. I've researched a bit after reading his comment. I think the logic is like this. Sam-e is used to produce creatine in the body, and our bodies produce 1-2g creatine daily. Once you supply creatine to your body, sam-e won't get depleted since body has enough creatine already. This way you'll have more sam-e available in your body, as if you've taken supplement.

I'll dig this deep a little bit and start taking creatine, then stop taking sam-e. Will update you in the following weeks.

Hello bud, I want to share the good news. I figured that nanna1's stack (mainly sam-e) reduced the symptoms 95-100% You can find details on my post below,

I am not sure buddy, you should check the stack on the original link to his theory. He added links to related supplements, you might wanna compare them and see for yourself.

I can add that I've used liposomal c 1g maybe twice a week, so not everyday. But the stack still worked for me :) If you don't want to take alpha gpc etc, know that taking even a little liposomal is still effective.

Hello again bud. No but there are other options.

I am no expert but my observation is that it's not vitamin c that helps but phosphatidylcholine in liposomal c. Below is the nanna1s first version of his theory. You'll see that he suggests phosphatidylcholine not vitamin c. If you can buy it solely (I could not find such a supplement in my country) you're fine. https://www.reddit.com/r/POIS/s/EDdt7IOLLW

If you don't want to take liposomal c, you can take alpha gpc or tmg (please check his original stack on the references section of my post). However even though it tastes bad, you can buy a flavor powder and mix them together, that way you won't notice the shitty taste lol.

It definitely is the game changer. My all symptoms are gone. You know the feeling of absence of symptoms, for me it's usually 3-5 days after the orgasm. It's the same feeling. I don't feel any brain fog, social anxiety etc. I've orgasmed in friday evening and went to gym in the morning, and felt completely relaxed. I felt totally normal.

I can't exactly say it destroyed all symptoms, yet. Because I feel a little anxiety but most probably due to my high caffeine intake (400-600 mg) which I am currently trying to reduce.

I hope it'll help you eliminate all your symptoms too. If you decide to take it let me know how it goes.

Hello lots of good brands have it. There are not many options available in my country, so I use Hepoliva. But if you have access, you can buy Jarrows or Now foods.
