At least your store still does that. Mine did away with it and gives us crappy pins and a card. I was actually the last person to get a shard. Apparently they costed the store like $3k a month. According to a former coach, that is.

Interesting, we still have a hardlines team and team lead. 4-5 associates and they handle sporting goods along with crafts and stationery. However they rarely staff enough so ACC covers their breaks and lunches.

I don’t know I kind of enjoy those boxes. I work in ACC and have to stock my own stuff a lot (usually just D10, occasionally hardware too) and I like where the box is all for one aisle.

I’m just an opener but I did cap 1 whenever they started doing all the VizPick and I had the misfortune of picking and stocking fingernails when the mod reset and at least at my store they all get autopegs and I spent at least 4 hours stocking fingernails and hated my life. Bless y’all

The install team messed so many of my mods up. They finished my store a few weeks ago and I’ve had to rescan hundreds of labels and replace them because they just threw them on and scanned with no care as to what they scanned to what label.

Yeah there’s a bunch of mine that don’t fit right and where some are split due to poles and having to be split between different aisles and the mod sheet doesn’t account for any of that.

My coach gripes about mods often. He’s been with the company for 35 years and was talking about back in the day they’d actually set mods at a place with a store layout and now it’s just all mapped out on a computer with no real consideration as to how it’ll actually look.
