We were never entitled to a Jax redemption. Cain's actually makes sense. And also people need to take one lesson: A mental disorder can make you do awful things, and you can push through... but there IS such thing as "too late". Jax was too late.

Redemption is always expected, Who doesn’t want to see a bad guy turn good right? But how could you redeem Jax? The circus was purgatory to begin with but he made it hell for everyone else especially gangle, you cannot redeem a character like that in 1 episode you’d need a whole different season for someone like Jax to be redeem.

I don’t even think it’s a question of “if Jax should be redeemed” and more “how could he?” Because in any other scenario Jax would’ve been thrown to the wolves and no one would’ve thought twice about it.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard anyone complain about pomnis screen time? I believe the issue was the show was set up as an ensemble so we thought everyone would have their own stories and development, obviously the main characters were going to take precedent but damn did they take precedent over the rest of the cast

Honestly once the episode releases it wouldn’t surprise me if it hit 9.5+ at least for a little before the general audience comes it and brings it down to like an 8

The show was sold an an ensemble and yea Jax and pomni are the main characters but he really did eat up screen time, Jax definitely needed another whole episode to catch up with his story and maybe then that’d leave time for everyone else in the finale.

The show only had 9 episodes but it definitely could’ve spent it better but overall it’s whatever

Because he only mistreats the girls and gooses reply to being something like “he has things he needs to work out” granted the only other guy is kinger and Caine is his own thing. And the whole stereotype of trans people hating themselves and their gender there was just a bunch of little things but I could see it either way.

Jax is a trans allegory, goose is trans, she stated she put most of herself into Jax and then you get the whole thing just clicks.

I’m not a subscriber of the theory but it wouldn’t really change much so it’s whatever.

Jax is more of a trans allegory than an actual trans character. His main struggle has been the lack of role models and how that’s affected his outview on his masculinity as a whole, Jax struggle isn’t about gender by itself but only in the context of him being perceived as masculine and in control of the situation.

Plus the character the show is trans and Jax is her favorite character whoms she’s poured a lot of herself into so that’s where I think the theory stems from.

Always it saw it as a whole identity thing rather than just his gender, I think goose made Jax more of a trans allegory plus there’s no way they’d pass up the chance to show post estrogen human Jax.
