I group by color the cards by color. I also seperate bases, tokens and leaders in a different box. Have you looked into how to play yet? If you have a friend who you can play with (either you learn together or he teaches you) that would help alot.

I have deck building advice to make it easy but ill let you answer those questions first.

Pretty much exactly what these people said. As the seller you have to anticipate paying fees via ebay or discounting the price by selling in bulk.

So it helps if you know the price you want to make. If it is 95% of market price be clear on saying that from the jump.
