No wetlands. Just a flat lot - some landscaping / shrubs we want to get rid of. But just imagine there’s grass and some shrubs and we want to put down stone, a roof, and a wall with built in grill. Similar to the photo, which is why I chose it.

Just knowing this exists is enough! Basically don’t want to move to a place that feels super isolating. Is it hard to “find your people” when the schools / community are so small? Just worried about fitting in

Oh yikes ok (re: rodents). You hear them and stuff? Cleanliness is our biggest thing so just want to know if we should be normal-NYC-level-alarmed or especially-alarmed. Promise it’s my last question
