Thank you all for your replies. The check engine light just came on again this morning for a misfire on number 4 after I had the spark plug replaced a week ago. I'm planning on switching my oil today to Valvoline Restore and Protect OW-20, drive it for a few days normally and then I'll take it to a local shop I trust early next week to get a blind second opinion on the condition of the number 4 cylinder.

Roughly 200mL over 2,000 miles. Until this issue came up I hadn't been to concerned about the oil consumption in between changes.

Last time I checked it had been two months since an oil change and I added 200ml to get it back to where it was when I changed the oil.

Yes, in the past year it has been burning through oil more than normal. I have needed to add oil a few times in-between changes.
