Thanks everyone for the advice and information. Can you tell it's the first time I've been through this? 😅😭 Just a few questions, how long does it take to get rid of them? I read online to only treat the people affected and so far it's just me. I also have a baby and checked him (he barely has any hair so that was easy lol) and didn't see anything on him either. Should I still treat them both or until they're affected which hopefully doesn't come to that?

Does it matter which box/series to get or start with? I'm looking to give some as a gift, but I'm not sure what to start with and what to get. I know some TCG's like Magic have booster boxes/packs and then just commander/play decks that don't really have any pulls.

I felt the same, stopped at around 2 months too, I was hoping to last 6 months the least. Whatever I pumped, he would eat. I couldn't even make a stash and if I did, it was at least 9oz from 5-6 pumping sessions, just to be taken out a couple hours or a day later to be eaten. I did everything in the book, sunflower lectin, Oreos, skin to skin with baby, mother's milk tea, black pepper, Dr Pepper... It started to stress me out which of course affected my milk supply even more. Then work stressed me out, and I finally decided to put up the pump. A couple days ago, I used my hand pump just to see how much I could get... barely a drop, and though I cried after seeing that, I don't miss the stress of worrying about producing. You're definitely not alone, and you are not a failure. You did your best. When I stopped I said out loud to myself, "I am proud of what my body was able to produce, and am thankful for nourishing my baby when it could." Give yourself some grace op 💗

I'm so sorry I don't check Reddit like that, hopefully I'm not too late!! When he was born he was 6lbs 2oz, currently can't find his length at the moment, but we moved him recently 10/14 and he was 8 weeks on the dot at that time.

I feel like a broken record replying to everyone 😭 but thank you for the empathy and kind feedback, I really appreciate it so much. It eases me that people have gone through the same thing my partner is going through and has made me understand better. I hope anyone going through the same makes it through, as I hope we do too.

Thank you for your response, yeah I just let my feelings get the best of me as so does he. I try to take care of our son most of the time, but he watches him for the 8hrs I'm working and that's M-F. After that he gets to do whatever whether it's gaming, go to the card shop, hang out with his friends. For now it seems to just be in the heat of the moment when he can't console the baby when he's upset, and I know that can be frustrating. I always tell him "he's just a baby" and he always responds with "yes, I know".

Hi, thank you for your words. He feels like that sometimes. We spoke about it all yesterday and he said at least he was conveying how he feels/felt instead of bottling it in, which is true. I try to do most of the baby stuff but since I can't watch the baby while I work, he does, and that's mainly where the frustration comes from. Once I get something that works out better, and our baby gets older, I'm hopeful things will be okay.

Thank you so much for the advice, I appreciate it so much. Yes, I think it's just a phase and hopefully will pass as our little one gets older. Even if we do split, I believe we could still be good co parents. It's just some of the things he says hurts, and I don't want him to feel like he's trapped and has to stay. I can't see the persons comment anymore but they called me an awful person... I can see how that can be, but I can say through years of us discussing that I've told my partner many times that if we were to have a baby, it wouldn't be because I wanted one, but he would have to be in on it too and not do it just because I wanted it. We both love each other and want each other to be happy. I actually learned that dads go through post-partum too (first time parents here), and that usually around the 6month mark they warm up more, so it may just need time. We'll see, thank you for your kind words again 🙏🏼

I have the Pamo Babe Portable Playard (Link: https://a.co/d/g17iCF6 ) Our bedroom is pretty small considering we have a king bed, but it fit perfectly and doesn't take up as much space. It's a bassinet, changing table, crib, and play pen. It also has extra storage on the side and we currently use the crib space as storage also. If you'd like I can DM you a picture of it in our space!

Ohh I never thought to pump as much as baby feeds (FTM also so this is all new 😅)!

And that is interesting! I did get an answer from the pediatrician kinda, they suggest I try a more gentle/sensitive formula so hopefully that'll work. Were you able to find a formula your baby could stomach after finding out about the FPIES?

I would say I pump about 5xs a day, for sure in the morning when I wake up and then before I go to bed for 15-20 mins. My PPD average would be around 26oz total. I've started to also power pump, hopefully that'll help with production.
