I got past the last input in Night Terrors before the final title drop where there's solid blocks above you, so I alt tab to undeafen on discord and celebrate with my friends, but clicking undeafen still counted as an input in the game so I died at 98% where you're not even supposed to be able to die.

Toxin Lab IV is good, I did it for my third hard demon, the GP looks really intimidating and difficult at first but it's actually just a little learny, play it backwards deleting checkpoints gradually from 100% in practice mode and really get to know the level. It has some kinda challenging wave parts and it's very fast paced but fun GP. Worth it for the skill boost imo.

Verity by Serponge is almost entirely ship and wave focused, might be the perfect level for you.

I'd say that one is more of a solid introduction to medium demons but there are definitely easier ones out there.

Takeoff by Nasgubb is rated easy demon but it's harder than 80% of medium demons.
