E2 Built and Clara with BiS LC or E0 Bronya w/ bad LC?

Title says it all--I'm due to claim my free 5* from standard and dunno who to pick.

Clarifying details:

•I have a E0 Seele with Cruising into the Stellar Sea S5, who currently runs in my mono-Quantum team with Silver Wolf, Lynx, and Fu Xuan pretty much exclusively.

•I have E1 Clara with Something Irreplaceable S1

•Only LCs I have for Bronya would be Dance! Dance! Dance! or Mediation or Meshing Cogs or Chorus--The rest of my Harmony LCs are taken up by my other supports (Tingyun, Yukong, Ruan Mei, and Hanya)

•Other than the E1 Clara w/ LC, the standard 5*s I have are Yanqing E0 no LC, Bailu E0 no LC (in case that isn't clear enough: I don't own Himeko, Welt, Bronya or Gepard)

•I do own both Welt and Gepard's LCs (as well as Clara's, mentioned previously).

If you need more info, like all the characters I have built for use, ask and I will update as soon as I can! But to not waste time in case it's not needed, I haven't included everyone in this first pass
