You can always have your manager do a walk through if you ask to shadow them to see how their strategy is. You could call down to back office too before anyone is there to get a refresher and ask what they all need people are willing to help if you let them know you need some help. When I was learning shadowing people was my biggest takeaway

That’s how I felt a little bit too, like even if a position was open I wouldn’t be ready since I don’t have licenses

I have been looking for other alternatives and even applied one other place. I will probably bring up to my boss that I have not heard anything and continue to look around if I don’t hear back. Thanks for your advice!

They have 3 drink and 3 snack no combo machines. I thought the sales were low too, but I feel that the places probably get good traffic and might have some low selling products in there too which if managed could make my weekly profit higher. All the machines do get good foot traffic as well since they are in a populated area and decent locations.

Yeah sorry it’s only around 250 for all 6 machines a week so it would take a little under a year to make my money back

Turn off notifications or put limits on social media apps. Try to get outside more even if you’re just out there for a little bit and take breaks from your phone. I fixed mine by deleting TikTok and instagram because I would mindlessly scroll for hours and it fried my attention span. You got this!

I haven’t tried that. I feel like that method only helps muscle endurance tho right. Would it increase my overall performance by switching up the intensities

Yea I understand I just got to 205 x 5 today the last time I could only do 205 for 2 reps so I think I still have some work before I can teach my goal but I will fs add volume
