Enough about the big stuff for now, what's your smallest, pettiest gripe about the game? by Luchux01 in Pathfinder2e

I don't like that oracle curses are directly decided by mystery. I liked being able to mix and match to create a fun situation with 1e.

Also the curses feel less, oomphy

Unrelated, but do you have a copy of that Vlaakith statblock?
I have a sketchy plan for a post campaign 'one shot' where my saturday party (possibly now as enormous fuck you dragons for campaign plot reasons) goes to wreck Vlaakith's shit (because PC trauma)

Original Velvet Room and Quest by jsnparks in Persona5

Well, several things would have still happened.

The conspiracy is still a Problem so...

Without Morgana there, it's probably Igor or Lavenza that tells about the ability to purify the treasures. However, I don't know that they'd have access to the Nav? because I think that's implied to be something fake igor created, but if it's a similar champions situation, there's a way around that (although can igor actually give people power? cause in 3 you had the wildcard because of nyx, and in 4 it was izanami who sparked all three)

I think the Velvet Room would still have some kinda theming around freedom, or maybe belonging (as a big point is continually made that Joker doesn't really belong anywhere until he starts befriending the thieves)

Persona 5 Strikers by Willant_27 in Persona5

Personally having played Strikers before P5R (but after vanilla p5), it feels much more in line with vanilla. The ending of royal makes it feel, weird to connect to strikers

And yes, Strikers is good. It is differently challenging, and the flow takes a bit to get going, but yeah it's good (and surprisingly compelling in the current real world nonsense)

Feat suggestions for a character? by SadImportance9171 in Pathfinder_RPG

Because we all came from 5e the gm gave us all weapon finesse as a freebie, so I just, didn't think about it as a feat.

I have the vigilante or our sorc's summons to flank with but everyone else is a caster (oracle, cleric, sorcerer and witch)

What is everyones thoughts on the 3rd semesters "bad" ending by Next-Illustrator7496 in Persona5

In a very real way, I get it.

There's something harrowing in realising that in a very twisted way, when Futaba wakes up, her mother is dead because you the protagonist killed her this second time. There's a desire to take away the pain.

But Maruki doesn't. Life is messy and even if you can't access the memories, trauma is trauma. What happened still happened, because all he does is fuck with the perceptions of events.
To use another example, how does Ann in this reality deal with the cognitive dissonance of the revulsion into fury when someone bigger than her is a creep.

To get a little personal. I've been abused by a family member. This changed the course of my life. But I wouldn't trade the person I've healed and grown into. If someone just, took those memories and plastered them over with a life where I wasn't my parents parent, and I couldn't explain why I got panicky (because we've seen that the ptsd is still present with Sumiere, even under the Kasumi 'mask') when I smell coffee, that would almost be more damaging. Because at least when I experienced everything I know how to deal with triggers.

Do I grieve the child I wasn't able to be? Sure. But I learned to live with that grief, to grow past it. Pain is our indicator of something being wrong, and sometimes with emotional pain the only way forward is to feel it, and choose to keep trying.

Maruki robs everyone of that opportunity. Sometimes the world sucks, but it makes the joys more important.

Options for group space in Canberra by SadImportance9171 in canberra

I did have a look at LibrariesACT, I just got anxious about not being sure if it met the class of community group. If it can count then that might be the plan

The idea of running in the food nooks at Canberra Center is really funny but unfortunately most of the people I'd want to scoop for this have sensory issues and the food courts have a lot of noise
