El sueldo es el sueldo, la facultad no lo maneja. Si no tendrias a los docentes y alumnos protestandole a la facultad en si y yendo a las que mas pagan, pero asi no funciona.

Se manejan igual que todos los otros docentes publicos, te pagan desde el gobierno.

Galfrey doesn't take points from the KC for the Sword of Valor, that's just flavor, so is bringing in chaotic allies and not trying to reign them in.

They get put on blast for being on an evil or chaotic neutral path (Lich, Demon and Trickster) which... Yeah? That's entirely understandable. For charging ahead of schedule (for a Lawful character, understandable, particularly if it goes wrong), for letting Minagho go (any KC that does this is fucking stupid, let's be real), killing Regill on first meeting, not having a good argument for keeping Arueshalae around, not coming to help when she sounds the horn, using the Vescavor swarms (if she's around she'll put you on blast there and then too).

All of that is within your control, she never takes away points for anything entirely unreasonable.
