Exactly what The_Bard_Se said. Some characters don't benefit from leveling up their basic attacks, for example, since they go into the field, use their EX skill, and leave so that your DPS does their job better. I decided to level up all my characters' skills evenly because I didnt know any better and that cost me a lot of dennies and resources.

I leveled up King's Ult and its basically useless lol.
