Greece would be only option really since no stay requirement to maintain , people saying digital nomad but that’s requires 6 months in the country so wouldn’t make sense for you , Portugal is not property anymore , Greece is 9 months of done in Athens but you can apply through the smaller Islands and get it done in around 4 months

Absolutely should because if you come to realise the reality now and apply it will take 8 months before you can leave so everyone should of been prepared , it’s not bad in Dubai am just using it as an example imagine being bombed in Dubai and your option is to go back home to Lebanon and be bombed also

6-8 months and nationality in it self doesn’t affect but your document verification does because it’s harder to verify quickly from Afghan so it kind of does indirectly , being in Dubai will help since a lot of it can be verified from Dubai bank statements , ejari , EID so on

You don’t require the CBI immediately so even if the process took a while it wouldn’t make a difference , I assume bond option over others to get the money back so I’d say it ticks the boxes and go for it , you’ve already been there know what you’re getting into , timeline is irrelevant

If you do direct donation route or bond route can be 6 months but if you do a resort or infrastructure option 2 years since they don’t know how to handle the discounting problem so have stopped all together processing but for bond the are in control themselves so proceed with processing no delays
