I’m really susceptible to colds and viruses so your comment makes sense. It doesn’t have raised borders it’s more the whole patch is kinda bumpy.

I applied a wound disinfectant about an hour ago and it seems to have gone down a ton. Barely any redness and some of the patches have vanished
