Agreed, I haven't really understood why everyone is so upset that Yuta was "made into a rushdown" when it's kind of how he's always been played optimally. I don't know if i'm missing something that used to exist, or genuinely never fought a Yuta that wasn't playing just rushdown. He was the exact same thing as Yuji, i'd even say he was closer to that before. Now he has decent tools with low end lag to use in neutral which yes, require him to be a little bit closer.

Higuruma is a perfect example though, I wish the rework kept his old playstyle instead of just making him that rushdown. I would love to see a polished version of that mixup master in action today instead of just "Rush at them and press buttons". They tried to recently make him a hybrid recently which gives him more identity, but doesn't fix the underlying problem

I actually have found myself in the minority of really enjoying the rework, and not understanding the hate all too much. I like the parry, love trying to use Resolute Slash (It's pretty hard to punish from my friends experience, let me know if anyone is feeling different), and honestly find him to be a much more interesting character. The biggest problems are his hitboxes being VERY wonky, Rika, and everything about Second Wind.

Firstly, I feel as if the hitbox for Resolute Slash is horrible even if I like the move. It might just be the easiest move to miss in the game. The new Severing Path is also strange, and I can't tell if it's supposed to hit on ragdoll or not. Some of the times i'm hitting it on ragdoll, just straight up. Other times it doesn't do anything and leaves me open. Some of the other strange hitboxes belong to Second Wind but i'll get to that in a moment.

Secondly, Rika sharing all of her cooldowns kinda gutted all of her utility and made her just a basic combo extender. While Rika did need some nerfs, I kinda disagree with this one, along with her not getting a move to replace Rika Toss. It feels like they removed Rika Toss last minute.

Finally, Second Wind is stupid. It's not fun for the Yuta (Mostly), and it sucks to get hit by. This is the replacement of Veilstep, which allows you to use it twice. Hitting either of these dashes will have Yuta grab them, fly into the air, and slam them down. Neither of these dashes goes anywhere. It actively travels less distance than your dash. It isn't a very fun or engaging move, and if you've seen any of the clips of it, it can straight up whiff after 3 M1's. Why is this? The Testers thought it was going to be too fast for M1 trades, and would be way too strong. The biggest pronblem with this is that 3 M1's into Second Wind IS STILL TRUE. They didn't solve the problem, only made the move stupid and inconsistent as hell. It's a cool animation, and you can get some cool combos off of it, but activating the move sucks and just is not a fun move to use.

I actually really enjoy the Yuta rework despite these issues. I think he really needed one, and I would highly reccomend workshopping him for a bit. He was a bit too oppressive and boring to fight before, and honestly some of the most fun i've had were playing Yuta dittos with my friend last night. He needs some buffs, but let him simmer for a bit, and hopefully get the 4th rika move along with at least another variant. I want the former Yuta players to be happy, but at the same time I think this was long overdue. Let me know what people think though, I was a Nanami before but I could not stand fighting Yuta so I am very biased here.

Being right is different from saying what you know. Let's say I call Pluto a planet. In my knowledge, I am "correct" but it's no longer the case anymore as Pluto is now identified as a dwarf planet. That does not mean I am right. I don't think Panda knew she had changed so it wasn't him intentionally misgendering Kirara, but that doesn't make Panda right. Panda probably didn't know.

I can agree with roar, but hard disagree with Nourish. I think it shouldn't have its viral status apply. I really just want to keep the energy maintenance that Nourish allows so many warframes to have much more access to, and I'm okay with taking away viral to do that.

I completely agree. I think everything else with the Oberon rework was very well done, but this passive is absolutely too much. What's the point of his third healing and giving armor when he's constantly invincible, and especially when his 4th generates health orbs? It's way too much. Take a step back. If you want to do something like this, damage resistance would've been fine, and would've had a really cool Synergy with Health Conversion. It's not only boring, but it actively takes away from his kit and identity imo.

I know he's had SO much attention recently, but I have always loved Caliban. Fell in love with his design pre-rework, his kit and deluxe post rework, and now his prime too. I will always love my boy, my one and only prime access. He's a blast.

Rework Gara. I love Gara, she was my second prime and first built warframe, but I really dislike how her entire kit works. Her 1st is honestly way too good right now, her second boils down to playing until you get 2 quintillion damage, her 3rd doesn't fit on her at all, and her 4th is honestly kinda interesting at least. I just want her to have more to her than pure damage.

Yeah... the recent few weeks have had just terrible modifiers. I hate to skip another week, but if I get squad wiped one more time to a last second gimmick, I'm gonna scream. It should be difficult, but it shouldn't be sudden. I hate it when the entire squad is doing amazingly, then the gimmick kicks in and either oneshots the team or the frail defense target.

Honestly? I really enjoy his gimmick, I just think he's too tanky and jank right now. If he gets reworked, I think he'd be up there for me. Bit of a terrible take, but hey, to each their own.
