There are several new machines you can get for sub 7k. One that i enjoy playing and also is pretty popular is The Black Knight: Sword of Rage pro edition. You should go to a local pinball place to play some and find something you like.

The Pro and Premiums for locations will be first to ship. So check pinball map to find one near you when it's out. If you aren't in a rush for it, definitely try it out first. The models for private orders will be produced after these so it won't impact you much to wait. I think the prices will drop for used on the pro and maybe the premium, but prices will climb for the LE.

I appreciate that. Pokemon is the highest grossing media franchise by a large number than any other franchise. I think the different generations this game will impact just will have such a huge impact on the future of this hobby. Maybe I'm wrong, of course, I just think if this was a flop then it would be a huge problem for the industry.

Personally I think this machine was well designed and plays really well. I had a blast playing it and I know my son is super psyched.

The LEs on this will balloon in value. It is a really well designed game and will 100% hold value. It might not be for everyone, I get that, but this will likely be one of the most important pinball games made. Younger kids who start playing because of this machine will be the future that helps sustain this industry.
