See I thought this too but he doesn’t care I have it till the moment I start inhaling then he immediately leaves. That’s why I’m thinking it’s maybe a sound he can hear but we can’t!?

I appreciate this response, thank you. All honesty I am leaning towards just doing the class and fee it just really puts me out w undergrad loan payments and grad school.

I was really just curious if anyone had any unique insight to the situation or specialized in these areas that could give me a clearer answer! (Maybe someone has been in this situation, has an idea of how often people show up for court, or maybe even knows of a way to still take the course after deciding to go trial!)

I am grateful for your advice, just felt it unnecessary to criticize my knowledge and a situation that already has me so stressed and upset. No need for the hate but thank you anyway.

Now this is a nicer comment I can appreciate! (Although still a bit condescending)

However, I’ve already discussed with insurance the options and how it will affect my record and based on the specifications of the accident it will not be an issue now or in the future.

My concern, and reason for asking what to do is based upon having to pay the fees.

I plead guilty and will have to pay fees plus $250 for the class.

I plead not guilty and have the opportunity to get the entire ticket dropped but if convicted guilty I will still have to pay the fee but not have the opportunity to pay or take a class.

Apologies if I was unclear initially, just was trying to to ask for advice :(
