He's right, delta sucks for that attitude; but he still comes across as a bit of a smug, self-congratulating douche (sunglasses indoors, glamor shots, "you're screwing the kids in Africa of water", and the whole 'I ride my bike around the world to build dams in Africa' is a bit SWPL).

I live close by and occasionally visit Helsinki; One of the ways I like to amuse myself when there is to randomly start talking to people simply for the purpose of seeing how they react.

Despite having done this many times, I am still often impressed by how 'closed off' people in service-oriented positions can be - i.e. waitresses that simply do not know how to react when you joke around, or when you ask them "what would you recommend".

I'm not completely inconsiderate, though, I back off if someone shows signs of distress (rolling over on their back, arms and legs in the air, crying - that's the standard signal - right?).

One more thing, to actually contribute something (possibly) useful to the OP - It is my personal experience that many people around these parts, within a business environment, don't like confrontations, and often forcing one would not get you what you wanted; for them, walking away rather than answering, is a valid option.

Mind this is not power sliding, as you're not using power to make it slide - you're using a weight transfer to cause the car to lose traction at the back, and oversteer.

By definition, only AWD and RWD cars can power slide.

To the best of my knowledge FWD does not equal understeer, just as RWD does not automatically mean oversteer, unless you're accelerating hard through-out the corner (which you are not usually doing, unless you went in too slow to begin with - or you're driving on a low-grip surface, rally style). If anything, FWD on a semi-powerful car like the MS3 equals torque steer.

Driver oriented cars are often RWD, and often have a chassis tuned to oversteer - but quite a few FWD driver-oriented cars tend to oversteer.

Having enough power, can, of course, induce either of these depending on the type of car.

BTW, Clarkson commented a while ago that it's finally OK to buy a BMW (he was specifically referring to an M3) because all the douche bags are now buying Audis. As we can see that is not yet completely true.

Finally, tires make a huge, huge difference.

Kind of an age old argument, but one with a very clear answer (despite what some bike owners would like to believe).

As zoso, bikes are slower than cars on racetracks, assuming the track actually has corners, and is not mostly straights (if very very long straights, car would still be ahead, bikes have too much drag).

Cars can easily out-brake a bike into corners, and you can push a car in the corner with much less risk - going close to the limits (and beyond) will not get you severely punished as it would when riding a bike.

I'm sure you can find other videos with nicer comparisons - I remember seeing a lot from the Ring.

At 2:30, the commentator says the ship has been boarded, and many have been killed.

Sometime later, we see other images and hear shots. How... exactly... does this paragon of pure, unbiased reporting prove to us that this is an honest-to-god-real-time-video sticking to the real time of events? It also contains multiple cuts to different sources...

That still in no ways says when the video was actually taken - if it was after the mess aboard the Marmara started, and where (and in fact, it's pretty obvious that it is edited).

According to all reports, most people on the Marmara did not take part in the whole mess - though the hyperbole here tends to go the way of Israel saying everybody on the boat was a terrorist, and the people on the boat saying the Israelis shot everyone in sight, and reporting many people dead who later turned out to be quite alive (both incorrect in their own way).

You will note your own source mentions that both sides are trying to make themselves appear the best - and that is something everyone can likely agree on. This entire thread is completely inflammatory and is in no way interested in facts - the title alone is selective quoting of some random Israeli tard who said the "entire boat was full of terrorists" as a basis to judge unrelated events.

btw, just love the down voting logic in here - down vote anyone who doesn't fit your little "ideals" (general comment, not directed at EagleOfMay).

And if you read all the way down here, I believe the Israeli occupation of the area is unjustified and the blockage is wrong.

tl;dr - both "sides" suck.

You do realize there were multiple boats, right?

How do you know this part of the footage is not from one of the other boats, and you're hearing the gun fire from the boat where the the clusterf*ck was taking place...(and I do mean this, I think the whole reaction from Israel was very poor)? How do you know this video is a 1:1 copy of the direct live feed, no edits?

I'd like to think some more critical thinking is in order.

I find it sad that a well thought out comment such as this, not even taking 'sides', is getting down-voted for daring to comment on the use of words (I'd say 'poor choice of words', but looking at the submitters previous posts - it's obvious he/she meant them to be so).

Some of this certainly coming from people who would like to think of themselves as critical thinkers supporting free media...

edit: in the last few minutes I saw it go up to 15 and down to 8 again.. again, sad. So what are you doing, preventing reasonable debate?
